War, it’s a Racket

This week, we had what was almost comparable to the Cuban missile crisis. Yeah, it was dangerous to say the least.

So, what happed was that in Poland, a couple missiles landed, killing at least two people. Well Poland is a NATO country and Article 5 of NATO says that any member nation that is attacked, will be supported by ALL the member states.

Instantly the cries went out “Russia sent missiles to Poland!”   The UK Express said this: Two people have been killed in Poland after two stray Russian rockets landed near the border with Ukraine. The rockets landed in the NATO state following Russia's mass bombardment of Ukrainian cities earlier today, which saw over 100 rockets launched.

According to the AP news agency, a senior US intelligence official said that the missiles were of Russian origin.

The UK Mirror blared this: Russian missiles land in NATO-member Poland killing two and causing 'crisis situation'

Two Russian rockets landed in a village in eastern Poland not far from the Ukrainian border, killing two people, as the country's top officials called an emergency meeting over the incident

Poland was adamant: The missile “attack” against Poland was clearly a crime, one that could not go unpunished!

As you can imagine that idiot gay actor playing President of Ukraine went ballistic, DEMANDING NATO act on this attack.

The stock market plunged for 300 points on the news. It had good reason to. Russia has stated many times that if NATO gets involved in this war, they have the right to the nuclear option.  In other words, Zelensky was calling for the start of WWIII.

But there was a problem. The trajectory wasn’t right. It didn’t come from Russia. Soon enough even Biden’s administration had to admit, it looked like Ukrainian air defense missiles had actually landed in Poland. Subsequent investigation of collected parts proved it. It was Ukraine missiles.

The only question that remains to be answered is this…Were these anti missile/missiles that Ukraine was shooting at Russian missiles and they went off track…OR… Did Zelensky order a “false flag” attack on a NATO nation, to drag NATO into the fight?

In a statement on the Poland situation, the Russian Defense Ministry said: ‘The statements of the Polish media and officials about the alleged fall of “Russian” missiles in the area of Przewoduv is a deliberate provocation in order to escalate the situation.”

And there you have it. It took almost no time to investigate the radar images, the trajectory and scavenge missile parts on the ground. Now here’s the interesting part.  During this drama, literally 25 minutes after the missiles hit and everyone was going to Defcon 4, I personally reached out to a contact, a subscriber in Poland. He said that his local reporter, even that quickly after the incident, was telling his station that it was Ukrainian missiles that missed their Russian targets.

Yet Zelensky went with his Russian attack theory for days, screaming for retribution by NATO against Russia What if cooler heads hadn’t prevailed? We’d be in a hot war with a nuclear nation, with nothing to lose by going nuclear. . Isn’t war lovely??  No, it’s a racket, ask Smedley Butler.

At his death, Butler was the most decorated Marine in history. He had done it all, all around the globe. But he ended up disgusted with the reality of militaries and bankers. So, he wrote a book, called “war is a racket.” And in it he pulled no punches.

Here’s a few interesting quotes he made at a speech:

War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we'll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

I wouldn't go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its "muscle men" to destroy enemies, its "brain men" to plan war preparations, and a "Big Boss" Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism.

It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.

I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service.

I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912 (where have I heard that name before?). I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested.

During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.

Well folks, this particular racket; and that’s exactly what it is, is costing us tens of billions of dollars.  Over 55 billion and rising so far. We’ve already learned that we don’t know where it goes. We’ve learned that tons and tons of military equipment gets sold to the highest bidder when it hits Ukraine.

Then there’s that interesting crypto circle jerk. Ukraine was a major investor to FTX the exchange that just went belly up. The head of FTX, that freaky looking couch potato that Jim Cramer was calling the next JP Morgan or Warren Buffet… was the Democrats second biggest donor after Soros.

Let’s get that right… Biden sends billions to Ukraine, Ukraine sends mega millions to FTX and the CEO gives 40 million dollars to the Democrats? Yerp. War.. it’s a racket.

I bring all this up for a reason folks. It’s not just war that’s a racket, it’s politics, it’s the media, it’s big pharma, it’s damn near everything any more. Nothing is as it seems, there’s always a back room, a scam, a patsy. But with this Ukraine/Russia thing, it’s not like a Bernie Madoff ponzi where you could only lose your money. These lunatics in the EU, kissing the ass of this clown Zelensky, have the ability to escalate that particular racket into the world’s worst nightmare.

I continue to suggest that “investing” isn’t just stocks, bonds, futures and options. Investing is also a stocked pantry. A backup for electricity. A way to purify water. You can buy a stock today, and tomorrow the CEO is found hanging out with Hunter Biden smoking crack, and the stock drops 50%. Or, you can buy a year’s worth of non-perishable food, and if the entire market craps out, you can still eat.

My idea of a diversified portfolio is different than many. Sure, I want some gold, some silver, some tradable stocks. But when I look at the madness of this current time, frankly I’d rather have another solar panel, than more shares of stock.  I pray I’m wrong and the stock goes up and I have no reason to need the free energy. But from up in the cheap seats, I think we’ll see more “rackets” coming at us, especially with their lunatic ideas on climate, carbon, etc.  Good luck out there, we got lucky that no one fell for the Zelensky baloney. What if they’re not so smart next time?
